MediSys Emergency Management Communications Center

Operates 24/7/365, monitoring numerous inputs (NYC public safety agencies, National Weather Service, web-based information) to maintain situational awareness of circumstances within our facilities and events that occur in the communities we serve.  The MediSys Emergency Management Communications Center (COMMCTR) coordinators are equipped with a multi-platform mass notification system that is capable of sending voice and text messages to clinical, leadership and supervisory personnel.  Currently, the system has more than 300 receivers grouped according to their responsibilities.  Concise protocols guide the notification processes based on the type of condition that exists.
